– Payments for balloon decor services are non-refundable.
– Helium 24-hour floating time guarantee: We guarantee a floating time of 24 hours for all helium orders from pick up or delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee the floating ability. To maximize floating keep your balloons away from windows, doors, and vents.
-Any requests for rescheduling should be communicated to us via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
– Changes to the order should be confirmed and finalized before the event date.
– Additional charges may apply for any modifications made after the order is confirmed.
