Important Information:

– Order Timing: Orders for pickup must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your event.

Pickups are available during our shop hours, Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

For transporting our largest garlands, we recommend using an SUV or van with third-row seating and all seats folded down to ensure safe and easy transport.

-For deliveries, please order at least 72 hours in advance.  Balloon Delivery is available, Monday through Sunday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

– No Refunds: All sales are final. Please choose your order carefully.

– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

– Responsibility: We are not responsible for balloons after pickup or balloon delivery.
