Attaching the garland is a breeze! Simply place a command hook on your wall at the desired height. Using our 260 balloons, create a bracelet by tying them together. Loop the bracelet around the command hook, and then around a balloon. This easy method ensures your garland looks professionally arranged and adds a festive touch to your celebration.
